A note from me, Adele.

I grew up always asking why. Yes, I was one of those kids (try not to hold it against me) – constantly in search of answers, forever asking questions and generally dissatisfied with the response. New insights seemed to generate more questions than answers and there I was again, why.

So upon reflection, it seems only fitting and natural that I’ve continued to see value professionally in focused questioning – ‘What are we trying to achieve and why is that important?’ – as a way of generating new ideas and revealing a clear pathway forward. It’s this approach that has enabled me to think creatively, offer those I work with new perspectives and most importantly deliver more purposeful marketing and communications solutions.

For me, success starts with clear intent and a well-defined purpose brought to life by a compelling brand. Couple this with effective and beautifully designed communications and you’ve got what I would consider a pretty potent (for all the right reasons, you know the strong and effective type) mix. That’s why you’ll find me drawing on all these tools and working across this entire spectrum as I seek to help businesses grow and stand out in the marketplace.

Nothing makes me happier than when the world decides to communicate with clarity and with a sense of openness and honesty; a type of communication which enables you to contextualise, connect with and make sense of the world around you. I see communication as the world’s currency and creativity as a fundamental driver of organisational change, innovation and success.
